To keep the mug in the best condition, it's always a good idea to rinse shortly after use to help prevent staining, particularly from tea and coffee. Washing by hand is the gentlest way to treat it. However, it is dishwasher safe, but high temperatures and harsh detergents will cause the design to fade over time. Tannins in tea and limescale in water can lead to staining over time. Fortunately, any stains that do appear can be easily removed by soaking in mild detergent or cleaning with bicarbonate of soda and warm water. Finally, our mug is microwave safe for you to enjoy a warm drink on the go. Please be mindful of hot surface temperatures. Enjoy!

We gladly accepts returns and exchanges as long as we are contacted within seven days of the delivery of the product. Post items back within 30 days of delivery. 

We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or if you would like to exchange it for a different size. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at carsandcoffeeottawa@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
